Annual Golf Tournament

This year’s event will be held Saturday, May 10th at the Award Winning Baytree National Golf-Links in Melbourne, FL [8207 National Drive Melbourne, FL 32940]

 

Registration begins at 7 am, with an 8 am Shotgun Start (Scramble)

 

The cost for this event is only $60. This price includes entry into all events, 18 holes of golf, riding cart, lunch and various awards.

Individual Player $60:  Includes: Greens Fee, Cart and Lunch at Awards Banquet

 

Hole Sponsor: $75: A custom sign at the hole showing your support

 

Company Sponsor: $315: Includes, for a foursome: Greens Fees, Carts, Lunches at Awards Banquet and a sign at the hole

Limited to first 144 players – Payment secures your reservation

 

Golf attire is required. Collared shirts, long pants or walking shorts (no t-shirts, jeans, or athletic shorts); no metal spikes allowed.
